Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp brewer's yeast (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp wheat germ (optional)
  • fresh fruit (optional)
  • 1 -2 tbsp yogurt (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender or a container with a tight fitting lid.
  2. Blend or shake vigorously until thoroughly combined.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
