Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk or 1 2/3 cups light cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix in order given. Pour in pastry shell.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 degrees for 45 minutes more (or until done).
