Pumpkin Spice Shake - (Protein Drink)

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice can be substituted for the spices. This recipe is from Bariatric Eating. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons spenda sugar substitute
1 pinch salt
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon clove (scant)
1 cup milk or 1 cup soymilk
2 tablespoons matrix vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
1/4 cup sugar cool whip free or 1/4 cup no sugar added vanilla ice cream
1 -1 1/2 cup ice
sugar free cinnamon bliss caramel sauce (optional)
Directions:
1. Process in blender until smooth.
2. Drizzle with caramel sauce, if desired.
