  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Beat eggs well, add honey, oil and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Stir in nuts. Fill paper line muffin cups 2/3 full.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Rotate tins once to brown evenly.
