  1. Cake:.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until smooth, Stir in appplesauce.
  4. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices and salt, add to butter mixture. Stir and beat until well blended.
  5. Add raisins and nuts stir by hand until mixed inches.
  6. Pour batter into greased and lightly floured Bundt pan.
  7. Bake until cake is done about 45-50 minutes.
  8. Or until tooth pick inserted into cake comes out clean.
  9. When cake is done remove from oven and let cake rest in pan for a few minutes while you make the glaze.
  10. APPLE GLAZE:.
  11. Mix powered sugar with apple juice, mix until smooth. (If you would like a little color add a few drops of red or green food coloring).
  12. Turn out cake onto rack or onto cake plate.
  13. Pour glaze over cake while cake is still warm, let glaze drizzle down sides of cake.
