Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Spray a muffin pan with Pam.
  4. Place 1/3 cup batter in each well.
  5. Bake 20-22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
