Ingredients:

  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sour milk

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices and salt.
  2. Cream butter and sugar, beat in pumpkin, yogurt and milk. Blend in dry ingredients. Do not overwork the batter.
  3. Pat together into a round of dough on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper and mark 8 wedges into the top of the dough.
  4. Bake at 350 deg for 12 to 15 minutes.
