Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups bread or 2 cups cake crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Divide among 4 greased custard cups.
  3. Place in pan of boiling water, to the middle of the custard cups.
  4. Cover with foil.
  5. Bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Cool and remove from dishes. Reheat and serve.
