Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp 1% cottage cheese no salt added
  • 1/3 cup dry oats
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix together the ingredients. Heat up. Enjoy!
  2. Also add maple syrup to taste and it's amazing :)
