Ingredients:

  • 2 medium eggs .
  • 3 cups of flour .
  • 1 cup of brown sugar .
  • 1 cup of milk .
  • 1 cup of canned pumpkin .
  • 2 tbsp of white sugar .
  • 4 tsp of baking powder .
  • 1 tsp of salt .
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon .
  • 1 tsp of nutmeg .
  • 1/4 tsp of cloves.
  • 1/4 tsp of allspice .
  • 1/4 tsp of ginger .

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients.
  2. Fill sprayed muffin tins almost to top.
  3. Bake at 325°F for about 25 minutes.
  4. Makes about 12-15 muffins depending on muffin tin size
