Ingredients:

  • 1 1/5 cup pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°
  2. Melt butter
  3. Mix all other ingredients
  4. Add butter, stir until just blended
  5. Bake 25 minutes
