Pumpkin-lemon Cream Pie

Ingredients:

  • for 1 9 pie
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 1/3 cup 1/2 & 1/2
  • sour cream layer
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. br. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Mix first seven ingredients together
  2. Pour mixture into pie shell Bake 425 for 15 min.
  3. Reduce heat to 350 Continue baking about 45min
  4. Or until inserted knife comes clean
  5. Cool 20 min
  6. Blend together sour cream, br sugar, lemon juice,& lemon peel
  7. Spread sour cream mixture evenly over the pie
  8. Bake 10 min.more
  9. Sprinkleto with pecans
  10. Serve warm or cold
