Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 21 oz chicken broth (2 cans)
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in butter.
  2. Add curry powder and flour. Cook until bubbly.
  3. Add other ingredients. Simmer.
  4. Garnish with Chives or parsley.
