Ingredients:

  • 8 oz sugar
  • 4 oz butter
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz pumpkin
  • 8 oz flour
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Mix well all ingredients.
  2. Drop on greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bak 8 - 10 minutes in 375 degree F oven.
  4. May be iced afterwards, if desired.
