Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 15 oz can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients.
  2. Add: flour, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda, salt
  3. Fill each bread pan 1/2 full
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
  5. Great for sandwiches when cream cheese is added to the center
