Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 16 oz can pumpkin

Directions:

  1. {reheat oven 350*; grease two loaf pans.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients in large mixing bowl; add oil and eggs mixing well then pumpkin and pecans. Mix well and pour into the prepared loaf pans baking for about 55-60 until cake tester comes out done. Enjoy with some cream cheese or butter.
  3. Can bake in 5 mini loaf pans-adjusting bake time.
