Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 1/3 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix together the first 11 ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Pour into 3 greased pans.
  4. Bake for 1 hour.
  5. For glaze mix together the last 3 ingredients.
  6. Microwave until thick, about 1-3 minutes.
  7. Spread onto loaves while bread is still hot.
