Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix oil, eggs, and pumpkin together.
  3. Add flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and spices.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
  6. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes on 350.
