A delicious recipe for pumpkin bread. I make it every Christmas and always get requests for seconds. May be topped with butter or eaten plain. Very moist, very good!!!
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 cups canned pumpkin
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix oil, eggs, and pumpkin together.
3. Add flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and spices.
4. Beat well.
5. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
6. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes on 350.
