Prosciutto and Bocconcini Appetizers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Top each slice of bread with a few bocconcini slices & a basil leave. Place on baking sheet.
  2. Mound a slice of prosciutto over the top.
  3. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and black pepper.
  4. Broil until cheese melts (1-2 minutes).
