Pretty Good Scalloped Corn

  1. Mix eggs, milk, cream, spices and brown sugar.
  2. Stir in corn and cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, pour melted butter over cracker crumbs.
  4. Stir 2/3 of the cracker mixture into the corn, reserving 1/3.
  5. Pour into casserole pan sprayed with nonstick oil.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs on top.
  7. Bake at 350 for about an hour until top is golden and firm.
