Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat to 375
  2. Line or grease 12 compartment muffin tin. Mix all ingredients and spread evenly 12 ways. Add 3/8 of a wiener to each. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
