Potatoe Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil and saute onions and garlic.
  2. Add chicken stock, water and potatoes.
  3. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 mins.
  4. Add broccoli, thyme and milk and cook for another 5 mins.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste. Cool soup.
  6. Puree in blender and serve.
