Ingredients:

  • 20 oz. potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Slice washed potatoes into wedges.
  2. In large bowl, toss wedges, oil and seasoning to coat evenly.
  3. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
