  • 2 tbsp. sweet relish
  • 1 small sweet onion chopped finely
  • paprika/salt/pepper

Directions:

  1. Mash eggs add to the potatoes add other ingredients
  2. Garnish with sliced eggs and paprika and a sprig of parsley
