Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel, cut, boil potatoes to a semi-mush.
  2. Rinse and put in bowl.
  3. Separately mix vinegar, mustard, brown sugar and bring to a boil until sugar melts.
  4. Pour this mix over potatoes.
  5. Combine eggs, onion, relish, celery, carrots, miracle whip.
  6. Fridge overnight.
