Potato Dumplings (Sinkers)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients with clean hands.
  2. Roll dough out into a tube shape on a floured surface.
  3. Cut into 1 dumplings.
  4. Drop dumplings into a large soup pot filled with boiling water.
  5. Boil 20 minutes.
