Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 (600 ml) container thickened cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice potatoes, bacon and onion.
  2. In a casserole dish layer potato, bacon, onion and garlic in three or four layers.
  3. Pour thickened cream over layers.
  4. Sprinkle paprika on top.
  5. Cook at 180 degrees celcius for an hour.
