Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine cheese, breadcrumbs and parsley.
  2. In buttered springform pan, layer potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle each layer of potatoes with cheese mixture.
  4. Add garlic to each layer and dot each layer with butter.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or til brown.
  6. Run knife around edge and remove sides of pan to serve.
