Potato Cabbage Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 10 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/8 tsp marjoram
  • 1/8 tsp celery seed

Directions:

  1. In large pot, saute onion in butter until tender.
  2. Add all other ingredients.
  3. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
