Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup potato water
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Boil 1-2 peeled potatoes. Save water to use in bread. Mash potatoes, without milk or butter, and let cool to at least lukewarm.
  2. Place all ingredients in bread maker and set to basic cycle.
