Ingredients:

  • 40 g butter
  • 1346 g lean beef
  • 1 (250g) mushrooms
  • 3 g nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Clarify butter
  2. Seal beef on all sides
  3. Turn down the heat to about 4 or 5
  4. Add chopped onions
  5. Add quartered tomatoes
  6. Cook for about 2 - 3 hours
  7. In the last hour or so add chopped mushrooms
  8. Let beef cool before carving
