Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Skin and dress young possum, sprinkle with salt and pepper, worcestershire sauce and garlic salt and place into large stockpot or roasting pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Put potatoes around possum and add 1 inch water.
  4. Completely cover pan with foil.
  5. Bake, covered, for 2 hours or till good and tender.
  6. Tastes like fresh pork.
