Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup port wine
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until thoroughly combined.
  2. Marinade can be stored indefinitely in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
