Ingredients:

  • 0.87 lb pork loin
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup onions

Directions:

  1. Fry pork chops in oil; remove from oil
  2. Stir in soy-lemon mixture
  3. Add onions and heat until cooked through
  4. Pour over pork
