Ingredients:

  • 7 cups water
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1/2 lb pork (cubed )
  • 3 slices fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup pasta

Directions:

  1. Brown meat with ginger.
  2. Toss everything in crockpot for 7 hrs on low.
  3. Put in pasta for the last hour.
