Pork Loins in Tarragon Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork loin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp tarragon
  • 1/3 cup beef broth

Directions:

  1. Cut Pork into serving size pieces.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, rub with mustard.
  3. Melt butter, and fry pork chops. Remove when dome.
  4. Stir beef broth and tarragon into the skillet.
  5. Add whipping cream, and salt and pepper to taste. Return pork chops and simmer until cooked through.
