  1. Sprinkle the pork chops with pepper. In a large skillet, brown the

  3. Combine the tomato sauce, water, italian seasoning and basil; pour
  4. Over chops. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6-8
  5. Minutes or until the meat juices run clear.
  6. Top each pork chop with cheese. Cover and cook 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
