Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Lightly flour chops and saute 2-3 minutes until browned on both sides.
  3. Transfer pork chops to a platter.
  4. Add mushrooms and thyme to pan and saute 1 minute.
  5. Return pork chops to skillet, add beer and bring to a boil.
  6. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes until pork is just cooked throughout.
