Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Shape mixture into balls.
  3. Brown.
  4. Blend in rest of soup and 1 cup of water.
  5. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
