Ingredients:

  • 1 can pork & beans
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 package of bacon
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon and reserve drippings for beans.
  2. Dice onions.
  3. Drain beans and place in a baking dish.
  4. Add ketchup, bbq sauce, mustard and brown sugar.
  5. Mix in onions and bacon.
  6. Add reserved bacon drippings (some like to add all, I add half and then mix in more as needed to taste).
  7. Heat for 10 minutes in a microwave oven.
  8. Season to taste.
