Poppy Seed Poundcake Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream together sugar, butter and beaten eggs. Beat in yogurt and add flavoring.
  2. Combine flour, baking solda, salt and poppy seeds. Stir into creamed mixture.
  3. Pour batter into well greased muffin tins.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until
