Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 lbs roast (arm , chuck , etc.)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce (a little less than 1 tbsp.)

Directions:

  1. Place roast in crock-pot with water to cover, about 1-inch.
  2. Mix ingredients and place over roast.
  3. Cook on low 12 to 14 hours.
  4. Separate with fork and serve on buns or bread.
