Pomegranate Mountain Dew Jelly

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 (2 oz) box pectin


  1. Combine pomegranate juice, mountain dew, lemon juice, and pectin in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sugar and bring back to a rolling boil.
  3. Boil for two minutes, then remove from heat.
  4. Skim off foam and ladle into hot jars.
  5. Process in a hot water bath for seven minutes.
