Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. salmon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup. white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Add olive oil and garlic, sautee until gralic turns light brown.
  2. Add lemon juice and salmon fillet
  3. Cover and let sit for 6 min on each side.
  4. Add white wine and cover until it stop spitting.
  5. Serve.
