Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plum jam
  • 1/2 cup chutney (any kind but you want a fairly strong flavor)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan, cook over medium heat, make sure it is well blended and bubbling.
  2. Pour into a sterilized jar & refrigerate.
