Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk eggs, milk and herbs together.
  2. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
  3. Scatter zucchini and cheese in a greased pie plate and pour egg mixture over it.
  4. Top with sliced tomato (and grated parmesan if you want!).
  5. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes until gold and puffy.
  6. Cool 15 minutes before slicing.
