Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Line a flat baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. In a large bowl add ground beef, and next 8 ingredients (through Italian seasoning)
  4. Mix thoroughly and shape into 1-inch balls
  5. Push cheese into the middle of the ball and re-shape
  6. Place on lined baking sheet and bake until browned, 15-20 minutes
  7. In a slow cooker, add tomato sauce, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, onion, and garlic
  8. Keep hot while meatballs cook
  9. Add balls to sauce cook for 10 minutes
  10. Serve with toothpicks
