Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp of honey
  • 3/4 cup of water plus 1/4 cup between 105 and 115 degrees
  • 1 tsp of kosher salt
  • 1 package of active dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp of italian seasoning optional

Directions:

  1. Place 3 cups of flour in food processor
  2. Add salt and Italian seasoning (if desired)
  3. Let salt, flour and seasonings blend in food processor
  4. In a bowl whisk honey, yeast and 1/4 cup of water
  5. While food processor is on add the mixture to the flour
  6. Slowly add remaining water to flour, (I like to switch off between olive oil and water) until the dough starts to form into a ball.
  7. Remove from food processor, knead dough into a ball
  8. Lightly cover dough with olive oil and place under a damp towel for at least a hour
  9. You can know use the dough however you like, this is a good amount to divide into 4 servings, making 4 individual pizza
