Ingredients:

  • 300 ml water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Add tepid water to the tin, followed by the oil, salt, sugar and milk powder.
  2. Add the bread flour to the tin.
  3. Make a well in the flour and add the yeast.
  4. Set the loaf size to 750g...and press start...
